For InTouch Business Forum 2013, to optimize reach and effectiveness, we developed 4 email campaigns sent out in 4 phases to their Asia Pacific customers. We personalized different sender names in each e-direct mailer for different regions and customer groups, and also localized the english content for Japan and Korea to ensure higher open and signup rates. We did pre-spam checks, regularly cleaned up and updated the database to make sure all email addresses are active. After each phase, we created detailed tracking reports and dashboards for each region to review, compare and analyze the results.

AsiaPacificView is a quarterly newsletter specially created for their Asia Pacific customers. For each issue, we designed the microsite and e-direct mailer, created interactive brochure (PDF) for downloads, printed brochures and developed email campaign to track individual customer behaviour and reading habits, i.e., opens, reads, click-throughs. This helped the client to develop even more engaging content for the next issue. Content was also localized for Japanese and Korean customers. We manage the database and host the site.

We conceptualized The Orlando 7 – seven street performers dressed up in blue overalls – to appear in high traffic locations as a pre-launch teaser to create anticipation and excitement, bringing across the car’s performance, versatility and design in an interactive engaging manner. They were also featured in all pre-, launch and post-launch press ads. The campaign received free publicity and eyeballs on Stomp and was awarded Ad of the Month by SPH and nominated for SPH Ink Awards.

We created and installed a series of wrap advertisements on their waste collection vehicles. Based on the insight that using Envac’s powerful vacuum system eliminates contact with waste bags and unpleasant odours, we visibly showed what went on inside the containers in a tongue-in-cheek way. We also produced a 3D environmental wall installation of their system at Biopolis for guided tours.
